Chris Ogunbanjo Nominees Limited (CONL) is a limited liability company whose main objects are to provide services related to business establishment and formation.

CONL assists new companies with foreign equity participation in their capital formation in obtaining foreign investment approvals, which such companies are statutorily required to obtain. These include registration with the Nigeria Investment Promotion Commission and obtaining Business Permits and expatriate quota approval from the Federal Ministry of the Interior. CONL also assists new companies in registration with the relevant tax authorities.
